(570 posts)the whole show. It's not just Sippy Cupp it's all of them.
Cancel it and give Joy Reid a show. She's been great as a guest pundit on all of MSNBC's shows during the run up to the election.
Joy always has something intelligent to say, and has a good on-air persona.

(25 posts)I'd rather listen to Elizabeth Hasselbeck than SE Cupp...And that's a horrific thought. At least EH has some a bit of a clue and she does have a real core--you know who she is. I don't agree with her, but I know who she is. Cupp...geeze I can never get passed the feeling that she's simply playing a part, something akin to Colbert. Cupp makes my nerves raw and my head hurt, too much ignorant arrogance in one place!!!
Please proceed
(59 posts)I mean she wears big glasses, just like a college professor. Of course if there was one of those thought bubbles over her head so we could see what she's thinking, I'm afraid it would be empty.

(21,096 posts)Obama, Romney Remain About Equally Powerful
WASHINGTONHaving won another four years in the White House, President Barack Obama will retain about the same amount of power as American multimillionaire Mitt Romney, leading political scientists confirmed today. Thanks to his reelection, Obama has managed to stay on equal footing with Romney in terms of overall clout, Northwestern University professor Julia C. Perlman said. Obama remains commander in chief of the most powerful military in history, while Romney, whose income places him among the richest 0.01 percent of Americans, will have far more control over the worlds largest economy. And though Obama still holds veto power, Romneys massive wealth ultimately makes it much easier for him to push legislation through Congress in the first place. So they have roughly the same amount of influence. Perlman added that while presidents must work tirelessly to forge coalitions and advance their agendas, Romney can simply become CEO of a Fortune 500 company and make thousands of people do everything he says.

And Gus Hall even got a couple of mandates, if you look at it that way.
