It seems being the head of the CIA causes trepidation and caution by the FBI
and the Military are they investigating vigorously like they did so against Manning

One wonders where Paula got her information?

(135,425 posts)Broadwell worked in intel. She might have gotten the info from the vault during one of her acdutras. You're making a leap that the material she had was provided by the former CIA director.
Also, we have no idea how substantial the material is--is it an old "ship's movement" schedule that has been declassified by time (but still, technically, illegal to have on your own computer) or is it something serious, that could have only been gotten from the Director, himself?
You can be sure if she got the info from "All In Dave" he'll have some 'splainin' to do.

(135,425 posts)Why should we have to house, clothe and feed her? And PAY her an 0-5 salary for every day she's in the pokey?
Just take her passport and put her on the no-fly list--we'll sort this out soon enough.

(19,362 posts)She is having an affair with the director of the CIA

(135,425 posts)He's "former" because of the affair.
I'm wagering her military career is KAPUT, and she might do time or work a plea-bargain. She might have information worth trading. Time will tell.

(19,362 posts)Did Paula Broadwell reveal secret or classified information at Denver speech, suggested real reason for attack were Libyans held at Annex?....where did she get the information
The CIA, under the leadership of General David Patraeus, may have defied a directive from President Obama to close down secret prisons, opting instead to maintain the practice and extending it to Benghazi, Libya.
Speaking at the University of Denver, Broadwell ignited an epic furor with this claim:
I dont know if a lot of you have heard this, but the CIA annex had actually had taken a couple of Libyan militia members prisoner. And they think that the attack on the consulate was an effort to try to get these prisoners back,

(4,497 posts)to authorize such a transfer. Being a 4-star general and CIA director gives a lot of authority to do such.
