Anyone else starting to think this is going to be all about sex? (the hooker kind)

I have nothing to base my suppositions on except a lifetime about watching stories about madams and their clientele suddenly getting caught and going public. We know there is already sex going on. And now we hear the lady whose job it was to throw the fun parties and supply all the lonely horny service men with the food and booze and party favors and the.... oh. Well, I don't want to get sued for libel...so, I'll just suppose again outloud a little bit.

Hookers. I think we're about to hear a whole lot about some hookers.

(It's the only thing that makes sense....)

The real scandal is the leakage of classified information and a right-wing coup attempt. This is all a plot to bring down the President, and it blew up in their faces.

So, it looks as if those in on the plot are going to end up not only with egg on their faces, but also criminal charges.

That is a pretty hefty charge, and I'd be interested in hearing your reasons for believing that to be true.

...it's called a "limited hang-out" in the intelligence world. Tell a little something that's true and hope everyone buys it.

And no, it's not the only thing that makes sense when we're dealing with a recently resigned Director of the CIA and another US Army general.

7. "Party girls" instead of "hookers"

"Volunteer social liaisons" instead of "madams".

Grifters and climbers using the system (in this case the military and high minded "causes" ) to gain favor and money to live lavishly one step away from bankruptcy.

Storing up nuggets of blackmail able info just in case you need to get a good court decision or a terrific book deal.

Tawdry. The Lebanese connection is odd as well.

The glomming on to the military social circles is very odd. And the recklessness...that's just stunning.

The red flags that should have been waving should have been seen miles away....by the guys with the stars on their shoulders, themselves. It's like they stopped giving the Ethics Lecture at Command/Flag/General School when Dumbya took office.

Or something.

And why. And that's why she asked an FBI agent who was a personal friend of hers to investigate them. She didn't expect it to blow up in her face because she is probably used to having her "connections" handle all her problems.

Enormous scandal, ended York's career (at the time, he was commander in chief of the British Army.)
