'Jill Kelley,' the woman who precipitated the David Petraeus scandal by reporting that she was being harassed by Petraeus paramour Paula Broadwell, is actually a 37-year old Lebanese woman named Jill Khawam (Hat Tip: Sunlight via Daniel Greenfield).

Natalie Khawam is a lawyer specializing in representing whistleblowers. According to her online resume, she attended Beaver College (now Arcadia), and earned graduate degrees from Temple University and Georgetown University Law School.

20. I live a couple miles from Arcadia (originally the Beaver College being described here)

It is in Montgomery County just outside of Philly. Had some friends who attended it. They went full throttle over the past 20 years and became a university. The campus is on an old estate of one of the barons from back in the day.

that she might have Middle East origins/connections which could explain why the investigation was expedited, but didn't have any further information.

This case is so wierd, I wonder if anyone was having sex with Julian Assange? A whistleblower attorney is apparently part of the family.

I think that Paula Broadwell's ID turning up in Rock Creek Park the other day is more than a coincidence, I'm just not sure why she dumped it. It seems TOO much of a coincidence for her to lose it only hours before this story broke nationally.
