We have to be very grateful that the Obama team were on top of the voter ID suppression laws

There is no doubt in my mind if they had not been on top of that, and expedited judicial review, a lot of people would have been disenfranchised.

Between that and those wonderful people who spent hours in line in certain states, we were extremely fortunate to have them on our team

Definitely, thank you to all of them. The Obama administration, through Eric Holder, informing the black community that this was a new poll tax in his speech here in Texas really helped energize African Americans.
