States with citizens filing include [font color = red]Alabama, Arkansas[/font], Colorado, Florida, [font color = red]Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana[/font], Michigan, [font color = red]Mississippi, Missouri, Montana[/font], New Jersey, New York, [font color = red]North Carolina, North Dakota[/font], Oregon, [font color = red]South Carolina, Tennessee [/font]and Texas. Oddly, folks from [font color = red]Georgia[/font] have filed twice.
