I am not asking for allegations that are provable.

Just allegations that are actually in the form of allegations... a statement of what you think happened that is significant.

The odd thing about this deal is that there even doesn't seem to be a theory of the case.

So if you have any coherent narrative of what malign thing might have happened, aside from extramarital sex and drama, which are certainly in abundance, it would be a step up.
