1. Somewhere where they are landlocked. Force them to ship everything by plane or pay taxes to move

through the US. Also set up army bases within 2 miles of the border so that the must set up defenses against the evil communist/socialist/marxist/leninist invasion. Their defense budget would eat them up within two years.

2. I'm afraid we have to give them a coast, lest we have to grant them "flyover" privileges...

But when push comes to shove, I'm betting the population at question will be very very small... So perhaps we could cordon off a very small part of coastal Texas for them? Of course they will be fully prepared to deal with whatever hurricanes or other natural disasters come their way, rather than depending on the big old bad guvment, so, that should be a non-issue

4. Somalia has a long coastline. I think it's an ideal place for them.

3. Somalia. The baggers are such excellent keyboard warriors

and public area protesters that they'd soon be able to subdue the armed rebel forces there and take over, no doubt. After all, the Somalis aren't, you know, like us, so they'd be easy to beat. I think Somalia is where they should go. We could do an airlift of baggers to Somalia. No charge for the flight. They can take as many firearms and as much ammunition as they can carry.

Why, they'd make short work of those Somali warriors, I'm sure. Some of our bagger heroes have been training for years with the 3rd Battalion, Beer Militia, and the rest have read a lot of stuff on the Internet, so it shouldn't be a big tactical problem for them.

Yup, Somalia is where they want to be.
