As now, it looks like TIPP is winning it's last national poll of Obama by 2.6%
However, RAND at 3.32% and Pew at 3% may be final victors. So to all those polling averages that did not include Rand in the mix... Rand turns out to be very accurate.

It seems like the percentage of each state that is done reporting is out of date...I can't believe Oregon really has 25% left to count, unless the vote by mail system means it takes them a long time to count?

Until midnight last night. Obama is forecast to total out at 3.14% when all the over seas votes are counted. He could go as high as 3.5% if most of AZ provisionals are counted.
