Republicans stopped being Americans after President Obama's inauguration

I contend that Republicans stopped being Americans after President Obama's inauguration. Americans historically come together during a crisis. They came together during the great depression, during both world wars, and after 9/11. The Republicans didn’t do that this time. It’s like their party became their nationality and they stopped being Americans.

They have no loyalty to America and their fellow Americans, only to those they agree with, who are white, etc.

And they are the first to wrap their sanctimonious selves in flags to criticize anyone who disagrees with them.

they stopped being Americans when Bill Clinton beat their Iraqi war leader G.H.W. Bush. Or, possibly, sometime during the reign of Ronnie Reagan.
