I have so far read that Northwest Insurance, PapaJohn, Pepsi are all firing people and removing all medical & dental benefits due to Presidents re-election.
I read it here on DU too, but MOSTLY I read it on FB by Republicans. So I am suspicious.
I want to know if this is true or a NASTY internet Rumor to cause Mass Panic & cause some nutcase to finally break and do something horrible.
Their web pages say nothing about benefit removal. If this is All FAKE to start Mass Hysteria--Then the Press and Government should know.
If my suspicion is wrong and they are doing these horrible things. I apologize, but I just think with all the fake crap they did in 08, I don't put it past them.

I believe it's sore loser, rightwing CEO's trying to garner media attention because they didn't bring this out BEFORE the elections where it might have mattered.

(2,049 posts)all they want, they will have to increase jobs as demand requires it, this is just buffoonery for their base, ignore it. ObamaCare will create jobs to more than offset these fakes. Millions more people insured means more workers from health providers to insurers to pharma, etc..wellness visits and check-up for those who never went for them, will create great demand for health provider jobs. these clowns are showboating. they are not gonna jeopardize their market share to make some fake point. tell 'em to fuck off and die.

(12,287 posts)an Insurance company, really? Why would they? They stand to have even more business, unless they can't compete. And Papa Johns is lousy pizza priced by profit margin, I hate bad pizza. The country could stand the loss of one more lousy franchise that was fading anyway. He was just short term profit and looking for a reason to "harvest" what's left of a dying company.

(7,290 posts)She has better insurance, so she covers our daughters, and I pay her the premium difference plus co-pays & deductible for the girls.
Open season is coming up, and if she wants to continue having our daughters on her insurance, she has to pay an additional fee, because they are eligible for coverage under my policy as well.
We're still discussing which would be the better path - keeping them on her insurance and paying the penalty or moving them to my insurance.

(4 posts)I am fairly certain this is a scare tactic. Now bear in mind the source of the following information, but this is what the Republicans are apparently thinking. (Be warned, they say some nasty things about us. I am showing you this just so you can get a glimpse into their view)
