From PBS: It's Sesame Street's birthday!

"This Day in History: Forty-three years ago today, Sesame Street premiered its first episode on public broadcasting stations. At the time, the program filled a gap in quality educational programming for preschool children. Sesame Street's mission is to 'create innovative, engaging content that maximizes the educational power of media to help children reach their highest potential.'

"Today on Sesame Street's birthday, head on over to pbskids.org to watch video, play games, and more."

Happy Birthday, Big Bird!

It's how we start each day! Today's episode (watched on Netflix) was about trying new foods!
