Did the conservatives turn off Fox after the election?

According to these ratings, viewers pumped up the numbers at MSNBC prime time and kicked ass on Fox All Stars:

Are Republicans sick of the bad news, or have they lost faith in Fox "reporting"? I don't know.

I see Rachel even got better numbers than O'Reilly. That's rare.

That's because they have their All Star line up then - Ed, Rachel, O'Donnell, Mathews, Sharpton.

Fox has made some deals where their channel is played in airports, hospitals and other waiting areas. No one watches it. They are just forced to endure it while waiting.

I've been checking a couple times a week for years, and while Rachel often comes close, she seldom beats Hannity. Once in a while she gets more than Hannity. None of the others top their Fox competitors and O'Reilly is unbeatable.

In this weeks ratings Fox numbers are about the same as usual or perhaps a bit low, but MSNBC picked up viewers throughout the night for some reason. Maddow even beat O'Reilly's ratings in his timeslot.

I hope this week's numbers is a trend instead of an anomaly. Hopefully it's because viewers finally want reliable reporting.

At least in small doses, just to see them in pain.

Eventually, as health care comes into effect and they don't find themselves being targeted for extermination a percentage of them will realize they've been had. Even the teabaggers didn't want people messing with their Medicare and Social Security.

Not for lying to them, not even for lying to them right up until the last second and insisting they were going to win and win big. They're pissed because Fox stopped lying to them and admitted Obama won the election.

I dropped in on Free republic the night Fox admitted the loss. Many Freeps swore they were done with Fox, but where else can they go, Glenn Beck?

It's weird that they demanded Fox still call the election for Romney.

From what I've been hearing while listening to right wing radio is that their pundits called it correct except that the wild card and unforeseen factor was the stupidity of the people who voted for President Obama.

Of course none of that makes sense if one recollects that plenty of polls correctly predicted an Obama victory and explained why, but then again these are FOX fanatics we're talking about.

The wing nuts will return to their bubble and get drubbed again by supporting the same type of campaigns engineered by the same talking heads and ol boy network.
