So *this* came up in my news feed (he is my fan of glenn beck friend)

actually an ex from high school. SEE THE DELUSION UNFOLD BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES. This was because of that list we refuted earlier, but LOOK at how long this is, and the effort Mr. Delusion had to put into his status about moi.

This is posted as a note to all who often put up with her dishonest interactions out here. After this, I say why even respond to her. She certainly doesn't treat any of you with general respect in her dialogue -
You know, LayDeeBug, you really are an ASS. Your stupidity doesn't even amuse me a little any longer. I will say this to you only once. If you choose to come here and have a debate, speak plainly and truthfully. Your asine games from the election where you try to call everyone else liers and stupid are no longer welcome. You are so plainly naked with your statement above... You have no clothes. The list is truthful along with the several other referenced companies my friend, Tom McMennamin, placed in response to your other intentionally false statement. Some of these companies told in previously written articles that if ObamaCare remained they would have to make negative changes to their companies.
You are intentionally untruthful while you only try to engage in twaddle with your circular logic and pomposity in the things you say. You ignore anything one might bring into the debate to disprove what we thought you were trying to posit because, as I now realize, you were never trying to have some sort of intellectually honest dialogue. You were trying to mock everyone with whom you disagree by using the stereotypes you see us all as. Bottom line, YOU are the bigot. YOU are the one who would take freedom from the masses, because YOU see us in the way to your utopian dream.... YOU ARE the danger to individual liberty because YOU will accept any provable LIE as truth to stay in your worldview and you will deny any plain TRUTH for the very same reason. AND because I believe you believe yourself to be none of what I just said, I now feel sure you would be among the first to help "re-educate" all of uss who do not see things the way you do. You would pull the trigger on people who were once simply an neighbor in the 'old world'. You are the kind of Statist all previous regimes would be proud to have as their 'Useful Idiot'

in his confused little mind.
If your ex-friend is not pathological his behavior can probably be understood as the Dunning/Kruger Effect. http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Dunning-Kruger_effect
This is a fascinating aspect of human psychology that explains much of the stupid that surrounds us.

It sounds like the reaction of a dog that has been kicked when it is down. Overly insulting on a personal level and vague when it comes to actual rebuttal.
I know someone who sounds just like that. Your post reminds me of him, sad, pathetic, and viciously mean to any who challenges him (especially if it is a woman).

his status, and wrote: For posterity's sake. See the delusion unfold right before your very eyes. Then I refuted his so called truthful list" and asked him who the ASS was now?

I guess voter ID laws are just figments of our utopian imaginations. Or vaginal probe mandates are tickets to paradise. I de-friend all my useful idiots 2 years ago and still will not talk to family because of their cognitive dissonance from the real world. They will keep harping and digging to get a rise from you, keep strong and keep the sanity happily.

is why it's so important to them to put so much effort into something so useless and empty. So much effort. So much need to repeat in a vitriolic rant a simple concept like, "I disagree". It's literally like beating your head on a wall repeatedly because you have an itch on your foot.

It's definitely a psychological bent going around these days.

Sorry you have to put up with it.

Most of his criticisms are common things that liberals say about conservatives.

He probably just copied this screed from a Glenn Beck article, who in turn copied the ideas from a liberal blog.

That's why Rove and Beck never run out of things to say or surprise us: they just copy what we say and spin it back at us.

If a liberal blogger says conservatives are authoritarian, then the next day Beck will say the same thing about liberals.

Liberal blogs accuse the Republicans of voter suppression, so Rove turns around and accuses Dems of the same thing.

Most of what they say is based on *reacting* to what we say, and saying the opposite just to be contrary, or throwing our own words back at us. That's a great way to find endless material but eventually they get so used to just reacting that they end up going round in circles led by their emotions.
