(903 posts)what would be the normal process in looking at the ballots? does there have to be an election judge from each party present?
and with the biggest national race already finished, there probably isn't as big a sense of urgency about it all. what's the date
that they have to be counted by, and the election certified?

WTF does AZ have so many provisional ballots? Even OH only has ~200,000.

(32,610 posts)In the past they have just thrown away provisional ballots without ever counting them. There are three U.S. Congressional seats and a U.S. senate seat still undecided.
