Anyone else's right-wing Facebook friends freaking out about the timing

of the Petraeus resignation? I really don't want to unfriend this woman, but, Jeez, does EVERYTHING have to be a conspiracy? I thought maybe she'd lighten up after the election. Silly me.

I hate the uneducated that know nothing about geography so I am quick to try to correct these kinds of things.

Yes, the righties, having lost the Presidency, seats in the Senate and the House are looking for anything they can to vindicate themselves of their racism and sense of entitlement.

It would be comical if it weren't also so disturbing.

I'm trying to maintain the relationship because he's best friends with my best friend, but it's become almost impossible.

This could turn out to be a conspiracy alright, but not by the Obama administration. Bob Woodward said the Romney campaign gave him a source with high level CIA information. When he attempted to meet the source, the source backed down and canceled the meeting. If Paula Broadwell is that source, the Republican Party is in deep shit.

To Petraeus email and was leaking to faux, teaparty, Romney campaign, then we should be screaming conspiracy bigger than Watergate. Enjoy her rant, it will be short lived. In the mean time tweet

had one saying that the jump in gas prices by 20 cents was due to (implied Obama) "someone" controlling the prices ...

I kept my fingers still, keeping from typing "Oh really? If that's so, then why were you complaining that the gas prices were high, and gloating at the same time because you thought that the high gas prices would drive Obama out of office???"

(btw, the fat - honestly, he weighs at least TWICE what I do - f*cker works at the gas station ... and probably smokes away far more than his Bush tax cut is worth ... in a week!)

having a convo that turned into a very heated argument The nasty venom-laden tea party woman that was crapping on everyone ended up unfriending several on the thread. Just nasty stuff. My friend even asked her to please be civil. Obviously it didn't work.

I have been in a 3 and 1/2 day epic facebook battle with my cousin since the election. I know it is a lost cause. I have heard of fox viewers but have never actually engaged one in a political discussion (yes I guess I live in a liberal bubble and otherwise keep discussions outside of politics). Wow there is some serious brainwashing. Like I said, I have hear of it, I have seen them on TV and crazy you tube interviews/videos - but never had to face one down. Fact after fact goes unbelieved. It is exhausting, and I am still having fun. Today I got a random email from a different cousin that just had subject: "Facebook" message: "You are awesome" - so we have an audience. Anyway - I just saw this announcement and I wonder how it will play into the battle. They are so obsessed with Benghazi. It is a crash course in Fox conspiracy. Until this battle I had not yet heard the conspiracy of the 32 Czars, Michelle Obama's 29 assistants, and the "outrage" about Ann Romney's expensive dress while Michelle wears more expensive dresses. Oh Noes!!!
I guess I'm about to embark in a crash course of Petraeus conspiracy....it should be interesting....
