All you need is to be in the poll book, present utility bill or government letter with you name and address, sign the book and you vote.
Been that way for years. If you have drivers license, just sign the book.

And Ohio does have a voter ID law. (If the article is more restricted I can't tell, since it requires an account to access).

They wouldn't accept my military ID as a form of ID along with my voter ID card. I was gonna make a stink of it but handed them my drivers license. Still not sitting well with me to be honest.
