What is their role in a second term? In the first term they always had their eye on the ball: the 2012 election. With that box checked off what is there for them to do now? Will OFA do anything for the midterms in 2014, so as to avoid another disaster? Will OFA provide its resources to assist the 2016 Democratic nominee?

(3 posts)1. I think it will begin organizing for 2014 to keep another disaster from taking place.
2. It will be turned over to the 2016 nominee.

(617 posts)We are organized, motivated and determined. more than that, we are chastened by the memory of what happened in 2010. The thing that gives me great hope about the future Democratic party is that we have learned and adapted every step of the way. We didn't let 2004 happen again, and we won't let 2010 happen again.
