Some of the wing nut comments I've been seeing on facebook.

"Look at all those buffoons cheering for High gas prices, bad economy, etc."
"Our country is doomed. How can there be that many brainless voters."
"America: Land of the doomed."
"I guess I should just go along with Obama's economic plan by quitting my job and going on welfare."
"Now that Marijuana is legal in Colorado, I can't live here anymore, we need to move."
And my favorite one...but also the most scary one "I am thinking it is gun time!"

This is just a small sample. I find it quite entertaining. I really wish I would have kept the links of
people who posted Obama countdown clocks so I could go back and ask them about it.
I live in Mormon country, so it's really sweet for me to walk around with my Obama shirt. I even
bought more Obama attire today.

is when it's corporate welfare.

I say, quit that job, and see how fun welfare is...let some poor sucker who voted Obama get off unemployment, and take your job.

Ridiculous classlessness, when it's not just outright racism.

Of course, you have no link, but i've heard and read the same stuff you list here.

now. That's what the wingnut I work with posted. She quoted some scripture saying thank God He is in control! I agree! Looks like God voted to keep the Christian in office. Just like the wingnuts prayed would happen. Sorta makes them mad when I say that though. I don't get those people!

A family member of mine is apoplectic. She cannot believe how this nation "turned its back from God." I told her, "But I prayed to God (and I really did) about my concerns and the election, and Obama was elected." Nope, she can't see it, we're doomed.

And one that really ticks me off is that all democrats are on welfare. I'm employed and have never taken any kind of government assistance.

poor, white, unmarried mothers and unemployed men with little education. In fact, I know a woman who's extremely young, has a baby who gets WIC, Medicaid and SNAP, but had anti-Obama stickers on her car and pictures of Mitt Romney that they took at a rally. I almost laughed out loud.

My only solace (and thank goodness I never had to experience it) was that I thought if Romney won, they'd all see their government meal tickets dry up. What a shock that would have been.
