Politico pumping Marco Rubio as the solution to Republican problems with Latinos, etc.

Only problem is that Rubio is corrupt and used his GOP credit card for personal purchases to the tune of $100,000, much like his pal Rep. David Rivera who just went down in flames in a contest with Joe Garcia, the first Cuban American Democrat to go to the house.

Rivera has 11 ethics charges against him and Rubio still made phone calls on his behalf.

** The point is GOP GOT NOTHING

It's unacceptable, they're so used to the game they just keep pumping them for their salary even though they've been firmly rejected by the electorate.

hispanics think differently then other hispanic groups. Cubans get the special treatment and other hispanics don't think that is fair. Anyone know the answer to that? I think am right but not sure?

that allows them to stay in the USA if they set foot here. They get help with resettlement, and then turn around and become Republican anti-American a-holes obsessed with hurting the people of Cuba as much as possible. The people of Cuba being mostly of mixed race and the congressmen early arrivals from Cuba being white and rich..

But things are changing and Cuban Americans voted a few percentage points more for Dems than Pukes yesterday!

This is how Republicans actually think. They think so little of women and minorities that they actually believe they can win their votes simply by giving them someone who looks like them. They thought they could get disgruntled Hillary voters by offering them another woman in Sarah Palin. They thought they could steal the black vote by offering Herman Cain. And now they think they can get Latinos to vote for them by giving them Rubio.

I'm telling you, even at this very minute, Republicans STILL think that the ONLY reason black people voted overwhlemingly for Obama is because he's also black. That's the extent of their thinking on the subject. And because they're a Party that's completely incapable of thoughtful analysis, they're going to keep losing elections until they actually do some critical thinking.

The GOP will be in the wilderness for at least 10 years. Because after Our President there will most likely be Hillary clinton or Joe Biden for 2016 and either one will get my vote. And it will be out of PURE loyalty!!!!!I respect both of those individuals and to cast a ballot one way or the other is okay with me.
The GOP has a very low TRUST factor. If they apologize,(they are the party of no apologies) or extend their hand who would go??? It will take years for them to be believed and gain trust and to build coalitions that strengthen bonds.

They have said every ugly thing it is to all non-white cultures. They don't have the capacity to do anything of substance and have it mean anything. When the President won his re-election you could have heard a roach pissing on cotton, in the Romney Victory Hall. It was as if somebody turned on the lights. They watched the monitors in their own hall and saw an America that wasn't them. They have found out that they are now in the MINORITY!!!!!!I wonder will this be one of those "Pick yourselves up by your bootstraps moment". And the most ridiculous statements of all is how they are trying to Cherry pick what ethnic culture is acceptable to the Party. They are still trying to control the outcomes of society with blatant rejection staring them in their face. They will probably be as the dinosaur. something we will only be able to know existed through archeology studies and fossils. The people they need to give a little verbal chastisement to have been the extreme voice of the party and want it more intense!!

There problems won't go away with a handshake and empty promises. They are going to need to go through a purge. They will need to remove some of the radical elements of their party or suffer exile. When you allow people to demagog the very people you need to win with words like un-American,lazy,job stealer's,china bandits, socialist,no sharia law,47% not responsible for themselves, birth certificate,30% want to be on Government welfare,Corporations are people, legitimate rape, climate change doesn't exist,no rights for LGBT,,colleges and universities are re-education camps, You will have a lot of ground to make up. Like that EARLY VOTE Number that doesn't factor into your republican emotional momentum that left the building like Elvis on November 6, 2012 at 11:15.

I work with folks from Mexico, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. There seems to be a bit of hostility from them towards Cubans in general for the country's "wet foot" policy. On Rubio in particular, I have not found one of my friends that actually likes him. If fact, they can't stand him.
