You will hear Wolf Blitzer intones... "We are not certain who will be the President yet... folks, I remind you, we don't know who will be the President yet, as the result is not known... We are still waiting here for the Electoral college result... Words are that Obama is favored, but we don't know for sure. After that, remember folks, the Congress still has to certify the results. Folks, please be patient" from now until ... Jan 6 2013.
