- This could include getting companies (like home depot, lowe's, etc) to loosen credit.
- Support the Red Cross by raising funds from 1%ers, etc. I think Trump may have 5 million hanging around.
- Mobilize corporates to donate people and resources.
- Support Obama's initiative for a infrastructure bank for the NE and other regions

I don't think think Romney would accept such a position because there hasn't been a history of him doing any sort of purely charity work without some angle for him to make money or a deal for himself. I think the olympics for him was a chance for him to pad his resume.

After the captains of industry tanked the economy under Bush the Frat Boy and acted the last four years like they are entitled to bailouts as a business model, a former CEO, especially one out of the financial sector, is the last person we should want directing business and trade policy. I don't know what they're teaching in Ivy League business schools these days, but the graduates from those august institutions clearly have no clue how to run a business.

How about secretary of labor? We could use his proven job creating abilities. On second thought, maybe the Chinese government should make him that country's labor minister.
