A message from overseas..

Greetings fellow winners! I voted early this year because I have to work in Europe this week. I am currently typing this in a hotel room in Sweden. Now I don't know how many of you folks have ever been overseas but one telling thing that is different over here is the NEWS. The news here is actual news. No pundits, no commentary, just the damn facts.

And the facts are, nearly the whole civilized world was rooting for Obama. You may not have seen this on "local" news, but after watching the BBC news for a couple days you could see the world was waiting and hoping that Obama had 4 more years. We have given the world a gift instead of another nightmare. The celebration you are enjoying is not just in America friends. Cherish the moment.

And as an aside, I want to thank my 18 year old son, and all the other volunteers, for their months of tireless 14 hour days banging on doors, answering phones, doing data entry and whatever else needed to be done.

Way to go buddy, you did it!!!!

at least. Dubya was a big galvanizer on that, but of course Romney went over to England and made a buffoon of himself (OK, he was already a buffoon). Yet another reason to be glad for the election results!!
