The depth of the Democratic field and the almost total lack of suitable repubicans.

Sure, people will point to Jeb and Rubio and Christie, and a few others, but the reality is they do NOT get it. They're not in touch with the new reality, the new diversity, the new empowerment we've seen.

Honestly, I can name a dozen possibles, maybe two dozen, on our side, from young Julian Castro to seasoned, experienced, Hillary Clinton and all manner of people in between.

Who can you think of on the other side? Where's their rising stars? Not just names the teabaggers like but people who could actually win nationally?
