Possibly the BEST and most optimistic outcome: SCOTUS!

I pray for the prompt retirement of Scalia, et. al. Not only do we have a President able to identify and nominate a high quality individual to the Supreme Court, but we have a Senate better able to confirm that nomination.

That's not small-ball, folks. As Joe Biden (the President of the Senate!) would say, "that's a big fucking deal!"

A Dem President and an even stronger Dem Senate.
SCOTUS is safe for the next four years.

That is a bfd for sure!

His entire reason for being is spite and anger. There's no way he'll step down willingly under a Democratic administration.

The next appointees to the Court MUST BE progressive and geared to human rights and away from corporate rights.

The next appointees to the Court MUST affirm the right for women to chart their own health care destinies, ESPECIALLY THEIR OWN REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS!
