Marijauna is now legal at the state level in Colorado.

Another reason Denver is the mile high city baby!

I don't even do it, but I voted for that shit. Partly as a social experiment. Also I am sexually attracted to men who smell like a skunk's ass.

I think we did it just because we didn't want to hire more investigators in the medical pot division and or more people to process applications there.

This is weird, because you'd have to argue that states can overturn federal law, and the supremacy clause has this pretty well wrapped up.

However, in practice, most law enforcement types in CO will not be able to arrest someone, as they will follow the local laws.

I honestly think this is going to be an interesting social experiment. If all hell does not break loose, we could see this spread around the country.

Since we've sort of legalized already here, with people getting so many fake prescriptions for the medical marijuana, we've kind of been trying it out with training wheels.

It isn't that big of deal so far, and all the problems with it are associated with the slightly underground nature of the pot applications. So, in other words, this was easier for us in the long run to do.

Amendment 64, also known as Amendment 420 is probably going to bring a lot of business to CO now.

Other states will surely follow and the federal problem will have to bend to accomodate it. It can't be long now for a federal move to drop the war on drugs and get real.

Pot is only a gateway drug to better pot.

it's essentially nullification.

Like the 1860s type, mind you pot is no biggie compared to slavery.
