David Shuster on Current TV says the concession could be coming soon

Now that Florida and Ohio are moot (no offense Ohio and Florida - I love ya) the Obama campaign is giving the Willard campaign a little breathing room but the concession should be soon.

And, Al Gore said projections show President Obama will win the popular vote by just over 1%.
