The thought that brings a smile to my face every time it pops into my head ...

Wednesday morning ... Charles and David Koch are sitting in their breakfast nook with blinding hangover headaches, jowels quivering in impotent rage. The spittle-flecked breakfast linens are stained with vomit and phlegm spewed during their repetitive and increasingly apoplectic cries of, "WHAT THE FUCK! We pissed away 50 million dollars on a stupid, lying, shitweasel who couldn't even win a rigged election? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? That's it! Karl Rove? DEAD! And somebody better get next to that fucking Scalia and let him know that he either comes up with a way to make it illegal for Democrats to vote, or he'll be lucky to get a job filling in for Judge Judy!"
Always makes me grin.

But it is a delightful scenario to imagine - ALL THAT MONEY.... flushed down the toilet! And you know that kind of thing would hurt them very badly - even worse than an actual loss. Pissing all that money away with no results. Making a very bad investment.

geniuses! But they backed the wrong horse, and it's going to cost them HUGE bucks! Those two would-be Masters of the Universe can fuck off. I'm a retired school teacher, living on my pension and the substitute pay I garner from teaching pretty much every day; and all I've lost this election cycle is the couple of hundred bucks I've donated to the President and some down-ticket Virginia Democrats.
Yet those alleged financial whiz kids are out more money than I can even imagine. So, tell me, who's smarter?
