You do realize that the insurance industry was handed a mandated monopoly, with price controls that are few and weak. They've essentially been handed even more power than before Nixon/Heritage Foundation/Romney/Obama care.

It's not socialized medicine. It's not Medicare for All. It is, however, something that benefits people. The other two options weren't possible in Obama's first term.
