One day he'll attack President Obama mercilessly with his voice dripping venom the way he does, and another day he'll be complimlentary to the President. Then, down the road, he will point out the nice things he said about Obama to prove how "fair" he is. He makes sure he's covered on the major sides, no matter what.

How many times have we already heard him pointing out the times when he criticized Dubya? See how fair he is?

His approach each day seems to be scripted in advance, reminding me of a line from the movie, 'Primal Fear':

"I knew what you wanted. It was like we were dancing, Marty!"

He keeps trying to sell that Obama's biggest failure is his inability to work with the other side. He gives the Republicans a total pass for meeting the night of the inauguration to plot on how to make Obama a one term president. He gives them a pass for using the highest number of fillibusters ever. How on earth can the Republicans claim that President Obama wouldn't work with them (translation - the President wouldn't give them their own way in all issues) when it was abundantly clear they were never interested in working with him, even if it meant trashing the country in the process.
