Throughout the county. List of locations came with the ballot, and there was one near my house. Real people collecting, not just a drop box.

in time to be counted. It took me longer than I had hoped to fill it out because of all those stupid initiatives.

or you can call.
if it hasn't, you can go to the polls and vote there.
