I liken this last week of the election to
waiting for test results.
I went for a bike ride today - pretty fall day, cool, no wind. I felt happy but not a totally carefree happy, there was something gnawing always hanging in the back of my mind. A slight worry. Like when you're waiting and worrying about if a test result will come back with good news or bad news. Your logical mind is telling you the odds are in your favor of good news, but there's always that voice, in the back of your mind poking you saying, "what if".
I can't wait till this is over with and I hope it ends with good news.
