Some clarification about sample sizes.

One of my pet peeves is people complaining about survey results when pollster only interviewed 800-1000 people. If you took statistics in college, they explained why N=800-1000 is a sufficient sample size for ANY population, as long as it was truly a random sample. Here is an article that explains. Please read it if you think 800-1000 is not big enough:
