Why was Romney's "Final Comment" speech done too early for us West Coasters to see it?

I keep reading all these comments about what he said this morning and I know I can find it online somewhere, but seriously, isn't this supposed to be his big summation? It was at six freaking a.m. around here! Has he just given up? Oh, I DO hope so.

He hasn't given up, but has zero chance of carrying any state in the Pacific Time Zone. Am I right??? Still, it's characteristically dickish.
