International help for Hurricane victims?
Has anyone heard anything about other nations volunteering services or help with the disaster on the East Coast? I know Canada is sending electrical workers. Seems like Britain and Germany would at least do something symbolic to help, or send some doctors over? Or maybe we don't need it??? Anyone have an idea?
