New $100 bills stolen in Philadelphia by baggage handler

The only guy that had access and he just couldnt help himself, I guess...

http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/ondeadline/2012/10/23/philadelphia-baggage-handler-stolen-100-bills/1653415/

Just a crime of opportunity, not a well planned job to counterfeit the new bills by a crime syndicate.
Just some poor schlub with sticky fingers.
I actually feel sorta sorry for the guy, his life is ruined by,seemingly, a random impulse.
20K out of 192 million shipment, he had to know that he couldnt get away with it.
The local rag doesnt say much either:

Well, impulse control, hopefully, will be a top priority for him.

Or liars. Especially people in jobs that require a lot of trust.
