Fox Attacks NBC's Sandy Relief Fundraiser As Political: "Where Are The Conservative Performers?"

http://mediamatters.org/video/2012/11/02/fox-attacks-nbcs-sandy-relief-fundraiser-as-pol/191082

Video clip at the link above.

This was on Fox & Friends this morning. I caught it while channel surfing, wasn't surprised to find it on MMFA's site soon afterward, since it's such a perfect example of Fox's alternate reality.

"Is it a hurricane benefit or a concert for Obama?" Steve Doocy asks at the end of this clip from Fox & Friends.

Earlier the other guy hosting the show (not Brian Kilmeade this morning) said the timing is "more than suspect" because the telethon is before the election and intended to "make President Obama look presidential."

New Jersey/New York area happens to have several very promiment musicians and most tend to be moderate to progressive in their stance. So yes, a fundrasier for a storm that ravaged the area is going to be progressive leaning.

But it's not an exclusivie idea. If conservatives & teabaggers are so eager to raise funds then host a 2nd fundraiser and invite the acts that appeal to your audience. I know the American Red Cross and those in needs aren't going to question if they are getting 'Red Donations' or 'Blue Donations'

When Romney tried it they had go go out and BUY donations for their "followers". Fox probably didn't want to spend any money at Wal-Mart.

They can't be seen helping people, it would ruin their image..

The timing is set to get money when they need it, idiots.

Obama looks presidential because he IS presidential, and is President as well.

Faux and Friends probably could care less about what happens to these people anyways. The people that suffered are mostly very blue areas within blue states.

Ted Nugent is probably shitting his pants somewhere, Hank Williams Jr. is making shitty music and coasting on his father's name, Clint Eastwood (who does makes movies of breathtaking grace and beauty, BTW) is having a riveting conversation with furniture, Kelsey Grammer is playing himself on TV basically, Drew Carey is hawking home care cleaning products in the guise of a game show, and Elizabeth Hasselbeck is no doubt chasing after Hurricane Sandy, hoping to get a head-refill.

Talented people, on the other hand, are showing up for Obama!...

I'll just let mine sink. But we're on the same page. Where are the conservatives? I think poor Meatloaf might be in rehab, Big and Rich are shining Trump's shoes, and I was pleasantly informed this morning that the vast majority of the folks at the CMA Awards last night are dedicated liberals. Long May We Wave!
