Who is funding this Aversa guy?

I found his website and he has no stated party affiliation. He apparently is running for Representative of Arizona District 3. He appears to be an astronomy and physics student at Univ. of AZ. Yet we are getting his ads here in Iowa at least 2-3 times a day. Everytime they are shown, the local channel gives a content not suitable for children and then states that under federal law they may not refuse to run any candidates ad. I have seen other DUers mention these ads in their states. Now it takes big enough dollars to run ads in your own state but how can this guy afford to advertise in other states too? As far as I can tell his only issue is anti choice.

Edited to ad this link to an article I just found:

New Jersey, Arizona residents running for Iowa congressional seats

One promises to move to Iowa if he's elected, but state officials say that may not work

George Krail II is an independent candidate in the 2012 election for the U.S. House 1st Disrict seat in northeast Iowa, despite living in Mount Holly, New Jersey. George Todd Krail II says he’s “living the American Dream.”

The father of four and grandfather of nine, with twins due any day, is a carpenter/general contractor who lives in a house he built. He wears jeans and a ponytail and relaxes by riding his motorcycle and hosting motorcycle rallies on his property near in Mount Holly, New Jersey.

He’s never been to Iowa, but Krail is running for Congress in northeast Iowa’s 1st District.

snip

Krail is part of a slate of nine pro-life candidates running, mostly in swing states, to change abortion laws.

In Iowa’s 2nd District, Alan Aversa of Tucson, Ariz., is on the ballot.
