anyone have a GM pension?

My wife's client help takes care of his mother. She worked to GM and has a pension check which comes to the home. The client wants to get the check direct deposit BUT the only phone numbers he has for GM tell him to record a message and they will get back to him HOWEVER no one calls back about the situation.


Does anyone have any other phone numbers or e-mail addresses or some other way to get a hold of someone to see if direct deposit is possible?

But legally they can't talk to anyone but the retiree unless they have a copy of court ordered guardianship.

Yes, she can have her pension check direct deposited. My husband is a GM retiree, and his pension is direct deposited into our account.
