My husband and I ask this question all the time! Makes no sense other than the fact that Republicans are just hateful people, can't stand the fact that Pres. Obama is a successful black man and he took the country from the brink of disaster caused by 8 yrs. of GOP rule. I love my President and look forward to 4 more years!!!

He and Michelle did what white people supposedly want their children to do --- get educated, good jobs, work hard, do the right thing, whatever.

I read a piece written by Prince Charles in response to fears about immigration and how it would change the West. He said that all that any culture or people can do, is give the best ideals they have, and pass them on. That will be the only legacy worth keeping.

Why people can't see, that even beyond that narrow concept, which I think is the only thing that is worth preserving, to not fear, but feel good about what Obama has done, is beyond me.

I see those young faces of many kinds of Americans in those crowds, and my heart tells me that the future of this world is in good hands. I'm sorry for those who can't feel that joy and optimism, it's their loss, really.

Yes, it is there loss. The Obama's have done more than just lead this country, they have given hope to millions of American children, that no matter how tough life can be, through hard work and perserverance, they too can grow up and be anything they want, may-be even the President! The Obama's legacy will withstand the hate and idiocy of the right, they have done this country proud and I've never been prouder to be a Democrat!

18. Mittens is a stiff, standoffish person. He does not deserve the position

he seeks, and honestly I do not think he would even like the job. He would like the perks, the power, the position, but not the everyday things a President does in meeting with people, helping them, solving problems. He would hand down proclamations, demand things from his cabinet and the Congress. Apparently that's how he performed as governor.

One thing you notice in the Obama crowds is the mix of people and the babies
are always happy. But in Rmoney's crowds it all angry, old white people and
every baby Rmoney puts his mittens on starts to cry.
