Cost plus contracts just like in Iraq and Afghanistan and no one to check on compliance.






That should complete the flow of funds from the national treasury to a few corporate pockets.

disaster relief is only profitable, like war, short term.. .and only if it is relatively at a low intensity level

What do I mean by this? As climate becomes worst and more violent, two or three of these storms in the US alone will drain your resources this fast, and those who contracted for the service will run out of cash.

Granted, governments will be hard pressed too, but as a company you cannot run on the red. Governments, (All the conservatives howl now) can.
