Seems to me that one of these millionaires like Trump, or even a billionaire like Bloomberg

could put their money to good use by organizing a kind of 'Voter Rescue'- by printing and delivering the hundreds of thousands of paper ballots that will be needed by those for whom the "Presidential Election is Still Imperiled by Power Outages in 6+ States Where E-Voting is Forced" (Brad Blog)

I think it would be a very nice gesture..

...individuals, corporations, political folk, men, women, gays, et al ... more than $1 million to the Red Cross...just out of citizenship and because they have it to give. Non partisan....non political. Yes, give them media gratitude and "free" publicity. Have Current TV sponsor it and politicians from the Left and the Right (kind of like Christie and Obama) as co-anchors.

I think NBC is going to do something similar, but I really like the scope of your suggestion.. all of it non-partisan.

And of course, I meant to spend the money on the paper ballots in addition to offering the much needed and far more important human aid first.
