I don't believe any of them. There are too many variables especially after Sandy. In addition, a lot of people depend on the race being close in order to get people to notice them.
He talks about checking a slew of polls and talking to operatives from both parties before reahing this decision. He may be right, but I don't believe he has a solid basis for it.
