From prisons to payday, Wells Fargo isn’t serving communities – it’s profiting from their pain.

Starting Nov. 12, Wells Fargo’s regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), will start to examine Wells under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) to see if it is meeting the credit needs of its communities.

We need to tell the OCC that Wells Fargo should FAIL its CRA exam! Please use this form to send a letter to the OCC and Wells Fargo that will go into the bank’s official CRA file telling the OCC to fail Wells Fargo. Wells’ abuses will finally be a matter of public record.
