I know it has been said often, but Chris Christie really looks very unhealthy.

To his credit, he is moving fast and under a lot of pressure. I think he is genuinely invested in getting his state back on its feet. But the stress is obvious. He looks pallid, short of breath, barely hanging on.

He looks like a man on the verge of a heart attack. His weight is an obvious issue, but all that stress on top of it just can't be any good for him.

working for the best interests of his constituents. He is taking this disaster personally, you can see that in his face. He is everywhere.

I don't want to sound mean, but if he does run he's going to have to get healthy. He breathes hard as well.

that he never expected to see. I would imagine he hasn't slept much. Let's wish him the best in this case.

extremely tired and I'm sure he is. My brother in law was obese like Christie, ended up with diabetes in his late 40's and dropped dead of a massive heart attack at 55. Christie really will have to lose a lot of weight before anyone will want him as a Presidential candidate in 2016. He'd never survive it.

8. Yeah, I don't think he can be elected President because of that.

He's not healthy. (not making fun of his size. I'm noting his health, which is caused by his size, probably.)

Not to be politically viable, but just to survive. It's one thing to be morbidly obese. It's another to endure incredible stress on top of what is already a significant risk factor. Some individuals habitually treat stress with excessive food intake, and for his own sake Christie needs to be able to refocus in a manner that doesn't kill him. Hopefully he will be able to weather this crisis and get help in a timely manner.

at this point. The man is frankly enormous, and at least a scooter would help put less pressure on his heart.
