i am betting that the President's handling of the storm will propel him to higher ratings yet.. in effect putting the election out of reach for Romney

He says he hasn't voted since starting at the Times. He also said he would be somewhere between Gary Johnson and Romney if he were voting this election. That actually makes me feel better because it tells me he's not letting his personal views about the election color his statistical analysis.

My sense is that he has always been fair, but that statement confirmed it.
