I had NO IDEA that Bork ruled this way. The company enforced a "fetal protection policy" in order to avoid hiring women of child-bearing years. NO such policy was enforced for men.

(26,045 posts)...that First Amendment protections only apply to "explicitly political" speech (if it isn't explicitly political, the government can censor it) and, even then, only to political speech that isn't a "threat" to the country (any guess who gets to decide?).
