"How Obama Really Thinks" Esquire
Although this article was written Jun 21, 2010, I was recently sent this by my daughter, who has spent the past 12-years teaching at International Schools throughout Europe and now Asia. Her daughter, my granddaughter was fortunate enough to have benefited in the education and cultural student exchanges from these International schools. My granddaughter is now within months of completing her Stateside University education where she has not only made long-lasting friendships with her college classmates, but still retains a very close relationship with her Third Culture Kid friends and she never fails to integrate the two whenever they have the chance to meet in the USA, or to connect US students spending a college year abroad. This article speaks also of they granddaughter, who has also educated me through her experiences.
