Link to the Hollywood Reporter story about the letter from "Friday Night Lights" writer-director Peter Berg, objecting to his phrase being plagiarized this way:

If you read the comments there, you'll see a number of them saying that Romney's using the phrase without permission could be considered okay as long as he's not making money from it.
But now he is.

But I heard him use the the clear eyes line this week (speech or interview, don't recall).
He's a freak.
