18. Well, as a middle ager, I couldn't help but notice that everyone in the video is young.

I think a street scene has one small passing shot of an older person. That's why I think it's aimed at the youth vote. Which is fine.

It's a great song! This middle aged person loved it. Very moving!

23. Musician/teacher here weighing in

OK I realize I'm a bit of a music snob, but I have some problems with the video. The song is standard pop drivel, whatever. Can't really do any harm but won't bring anyone across a line, either. Might bring some people into the polls. I guess this kind of thing doesn't motivate me but it might motivate young people, who knows.

But I don't care for the raised 4 fingers thing, and marching down a main street of retail shops and businesses. I also don't like the black and white, or the yelling Obama. I'd sooner see us excited about the party or a policy. I'd feel different if they were yelling Roe v wade or healthcare. It's a little too demagogic for america, imho.

Now, before the flaming starts, I am personally madly in love with this man. I think he's the greatest president we've ever had, and of course I'd like to see him remain in power for the remainder of my lifetime. Please don't remind me about term limits.

It's a little too over the top: a little too Sich Heil, and obvious. If the marchers were substituted with Tea party old folks yelling Romney, it would be terrifying.

So I think this might actually turn some undecideds off.

24. On their page it says the campaign did not do it

The people involved did it themselves. Says a lot that people will take that much trouble.

I thought the black and white was kind of cool and made it look more serious. I did not get that vibe you got and instead thought Rmoney could have get any group of people to do this for him.

but I have to say, the song itself does nothing for me. Oh well, that's ok I guess... I'm sure lots of people like it a lot.
